Bob came to our house with carpet samples, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate that night. He took plenty of time to answer questions and scheduled the job within a week. The installers came on time, were all very courteous, and were careful bringing in all the large carpet rolls. They removed the old carpet and installed all the new carpeting in our 3 bedrooms and were finished in about 4 hours. Bob followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the work. We were very satisfied with the prices and the customer service and would recommend them.

We had a great experience using Northeast Floor Covering. Bob was such a huge help throughout the entire process and the installation was quick, professional, and it looks gorgeous!! Would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I hired Northeast Floor in June 2018 to help me with a kitchen and bath renovation and 1 year later, I'm still thrilled with the results every time I walk into the house! Bob came over and measured everything out and gave me a very fair quote. He then helped me find a wood flooring that fit my design idea. I chose the character hickory for the kitchen and bath and it's really stunning. The crew was exceptional! They came over early to start work, ripped out the old tile in about 3 hours and notified me when they found rot in the subfloor by the kitchen door. They fixed the rot and installed the hickory and would have put on new base board but I chose to hold off on that due to ongoing renovations. I also had them rip out the 25 year old stair carpet and put down new carpeting. Overall I give them an A+. They really did a great job!

We are never shopping for flooring anywhere else again. The customer service here is fantastic. John and Bob the owners are really good guys. The installation guys do great work and show up when they say they will. We could never get the big box stores to show up on time or even on the day they said they'd be at our house. We've had carpet installed by Northeast and linoleum put down in the kitchen and we love both. The selection is great and John and Bob give the best flooring advice. They'll do our upstairs carpeting when we are ready for it.

We had carpet, from Northeast Flooring, installed upstairs in our home. The installers, Charlie and Matt, were polite, worked hard, did a great work, and left everything freshly vacuumed. They totally cleaned up and left nothing behind. Bob the owner was very helpful. We like to keep it local, glad we did.

We are incredibly happy with the service we recently received from Northeast Flooring. We decided to seek them out because the rugs in our new home started rippling after less than 2 years. (our home is now almost 4 years old) The original installer of the rugs was very difficult to work with and we were very unhappy with the lack of customer service we were getting from them to rectify the situation. Bob at Northeast Flooring was fabulous to work with and he quickly planned a time to come view the rugs so he could quote us to fix them. He arrived on time and within 30 minutes of him leaving, called us with a quote that was incredibly reasonable. He scheduled his installers around our schedule, working us in between his existing jobs. Three gentlemen arrived on time and had all the rugs fixed in just under an hour. They were respectful of us, our home and explained everything they'd be doing. We've already recommended Northeast Flooring to our friends and know that when we need new flooring or rugs for our home we will return to them because of their excellent customer service and workmanship. We're were happy to find a reputable business owner in Bob, who showed concern for what we had already been through and corrected someone else's mistake in a swift and professional manner. We highly recommend Northeast Flooring to everyone in search of excellent customer service.

Very happy with our new vinyl floors in our basement gym. Prices were reasonable and everything was done within two-three weeks. Service was excellent! John showed us the flooring in the showroom, Bob came and measured and gave us a price, and Charlie, JR and crew did a wonderful job installing. Even called us later with cleaning tips! What a great crew from store to home.

I highly recommend Northeast Flooring America. The installation of the vinyl flooring in my kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bathroom closet was done all in one piece - no seams and is beautiful! Exceptional workmanship. Good selection of flooring and reasonable prices. Very pleasant, and accommodating folks all around, from showroom to installation.
